the location was excellent, less than five minutes from the underground. many places to eat were close to the hotel. staff were helpful and i found the hotel to be very family friendly. i would definitely consider staying again.
i found the room needed a deep cleaning. the carpet looked dirty and this impacted the room's overall appeal. some attention to cleaning would improve future stays.

i was a bit let down , the gym was smaller than i expected. it only had a few treadmills and some weights , so it felt crowded. also , the breakfast buffet , while decent , did not have enough variety for a longer stay. the pastries tasted a bit stale one morning , and i wished there were more fresh fruit options.

The location allows convenient transport access. The staff was really friendly. The housekeeping team ensured rooms were clean. The daily refreshments in the mini bar were a nice touch. It included easy access to overground and tube lines.
The air CONDITIONING in my room did not work properly, made sleeping uncomfortable due to the heat.

The bathroom lacked a FUNCTIONING extractor fan. This caused it to become quite stuffy. The shower pressure was also rather weak. It sprayed water everywhere, soaking the floor, towels, and sink. This was inconvenient as several showers were necessary.

faulty airunwanted visits
i was disappointed to find the air conditioning in my room wasn't working. the room became quite stuffy overnight, it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. reception offered a fan, that suggests this might be a recurring issue across multiple rooms. also, despite paying for a late check-out, i received several unwanted visits from staff asking about my departure time, i felt quite rushed.

inoperable safecold food
The in-room safe was not usable it was closed. the mini-fridge was also not working, that was frustrating. also, the in-room dining was poor. I ordered food, and it took nearly an hour to arrive. by that time, the food was completely cold, i could not eat it. i feel that the restaurant should have been more prepared.
